Anyone out there every upgrade the Alt. in this vehical 5.4 V-8 triton....I'm Looking for the biggest Bolt up I can Find....also if anyone Knows the Frame Type of the stock one ..that would be cool too

I need to do the same thing with my F-150. I have a 97 with 4.6, do you go to F-150 Online? If not go there and post your question, I'm sure someone there might know. Its also a great site, I highly recommend it.
