I use Westco SVR.

A lot of people use Optima Red Tops for daily drivers.

I really like the Yellow Top. If it is to be your only battery, I recommend it.

For an audio battery, I prefer to use WestCo SVR's. The SVR80 is a good battery for its price. Hope this helps...

car audio batteries usually put out a lot of cranking amps too, so they will definately be able to start your car.

Once your car is started, your battery is only used as a power reserve...

Westco is a decent and cheapo battery... Yellow tops eat red's alive for stereo applications IMO, check the specs on their site, also, the blue top from Opt. comes in two models, one IS the yellow and one IS the red, just more expensive.

I'm not supposed to do this, but I must. Stinger is suspending production of the 1700 indefinitely, until they can get a variety of bugs worked out of it. I like the SPB 1000s(I have 8), but I think the Optimas are a little more friendly as a stand-alone battery.
