the 3100 is down a tenth or two compared to a 2150 from what I hear in most cases.
as for the nsb90..i think the euros are the only ones who have really mastered how to get them louder than the 2150. Over here most guys dont notice much difference if any from the nsb90 (g3100) to 2150 from what Ive heard.
