i would same the same if u going to use it in a daily i would use the circuit breaker that way no buying fuses or losing system till u get a new one. stinger just came out with a real nice 200 amp breaker that takes 0 gauge right into it no crimping needed # SGP90200

Is there a circuit breaker strong enough to work with it?

what wire are you going to use it on? you can't use a 300+Amp circuit breaker on a 1/0ga wire.
If you want to run fuses, you run 6(or more) runs of 1/0ga, each with a 200A fuse on them.

Circuit breakers are not as reliable as fuses. They don't always trip.

So lets say 12 runs of 1/0ga with a 200 amp fuse on each one. Is this to much? I'm going to use 6 kinetik KHC3800 batteries. 1 under the hood 5 in the trunk. Would I do the 12 runs from the 1 under the hood to the others? There will be 3 other amps 500 rms each they use 4 gauge. How do I tie all this together including the grounds?

u would be better off having them all in the back if u got the room and 12 runs will be good i would run the grounds from the alt to one end of all the batts and then go to the other end of the batts for the POS then connect them all with buss bars

I would prefer distributing the load around the bussbar and batts. not pulling from one end, and charging from the other

no i did not say it like that u bring in the neg from the alt and the pos from the alt and u but one on the end of all the batts and the other on the other end that way the alt see's them as 1 big batt and when its charging it will charge all not just the first one. And if u do the same with the amps its pulling from all the batts not just 1
