alright i will have in my hands (hopefully) soon a soundigital 8k well with a 1000amp current rating i was wondering how many runs of 1/0 or maybe the stinger 3/0(if i can get my hands on it)? customer will be running probably the mechman 250 amp alt with the factory alt in a dual setup with 4 kinetik 16volt batts two in stock location up front and two in back and how may and of what size should i run to the amp? and should i run ground wire also from the front or just use a solid body ground oh and its a 2007 suburban so a long run of power wire will be needed to get to the rear

I'd do 2-3runs positive, and 2-3 runs negative. plus ground all the batteries to the chassis

charging the car/truck at 16 volts+ will smoke the computer u need to keep the system for the stereo sep and then do not ground it to the chassis i would but all 4 in back and then run 2-3runs positive, and 2-3 runs negative to the back off the second alt and run a reg battery in the front for the car/truck to run off of
