is it legal now to put your battery infront of the radiator if it isn't the original location? I asked this a few years ago and got mixed answers. I wanted to do this because it would be alot safer to run my wires around my exhaust manifolds and the battery would be easier to access in general. (This is for Streetmax)

Yes you can mount it any where you want under the hood. rule 6-9f
The battery must be located in the same general area as the OEM battery location. (For example, if the OEM battery location is under the hood, the battery must be located under the hood as well. Aftermarket battery trays and/or custom fabricated battery

My wall is black and I dont own a CS9000 anymore. Old pics.

I remember what the cons were for mounting the battery in front of your radiator. You don't have a standard Astro front, so maybe it would not fit with the standard front and it is not allowed to make "the external volume" of the vehicle bigger to house equipment.
