So i got a 98 F-150,and my Negative battery terminal keeps corroding bad!..I added a 4 Gauge wire from the Negative terminal to the frame of the truck,and it didn't make a difference..Is this Ground related?..It only corrodes on the Negative side of the battery..Any help is appreciated..Thanks..

you can buy felt pads that can help if not stop this problem at most auto parts stores. the corrosion is caused by the acid in the battery releasing hydrogen which induces corrosion. you may need to get a new bat if he problem is severe enough.
