Everyone seems to say that foe 16 volts the powermaster is the best. Personally I would just get a mastech powersupply from eBay. They output 20 amps but you can dial the voltage anywhere you want from 0 to 30 in 0.1 volt steps so if you want to charge at 19 or 18.9 or 18.8 you just set it and it will take the battery there and hold it there until it's charged and since the current decreases by itself you can leave it on all the time as a trickle charge

got the charger and put it on all 10 batts....works great! they were sittin at 16v when i started and got up to 18.9 in 10 min then dropped current, volts went down to 18.6 then slowly climbed back to 18.9....full cycle took 4 hours then i put it on slow charge and ill leave it there over night.

this thing works amazing and is supper tiny!

You should charge the XS Power D1000 at 19.2V. 20+ volts will dry out the plates over time and could cause distotion of the plates. We recommend charging all AGM batteries in the AGM low setting for quickest re-charge and longest battery life.
