If I connect 6 in series I will get it up to 12v as I want to use it for daily driving. Its only downfall is they are 75kg each, thats a total of 450kg.

I don't know anything about either battery, but the 6 1000ah batteries sound like they would be a better choice to me. The only issue would be the weight, but it seems like that is already figured out.

Make a 7x1kAh and Ull get approx. 15.4 to 16.8V (2.4 per cell) with an external reg for Yr alts. 4sure Ull never drop belov 15V - thats osom MayB an step-down will B needed for rest of Yr install.
