Not difficult at all. the pricey part is making the computer controlled charging system, The system will balance each cell, charge and cut the voltage when it gets to 2.8 volts per cell.

No it would not all you would need is a turbo 35 matcher to match the cells and a turbo 35 charger modied to charge the battery and cycle it like I sead a long time ago. it can be done and with RC car cells. looks like someone need to do more battery research. This technology is way far superior then a car battery will ever be.
just the man to talk to Chris is his name and they are not cheep

lipo>nihm those chargers tell you everything about your battery from resistance to capacity. duratrax ice does too but it isnt as accurate from what i am told lol. last turbo charger i had was a turbo 30 and i got rid of it because its too big and didnt perform any better imo than an orion.

ya i like the old school gm chargers and the old novak or trinity stuff but i do know from what
Chris says a battery can be done with rc cells its just the matter of doing it if done right the proto will run ya the tools and a flat of cells and a over seas battery case. I even have the link to that. dont know min order but still can be done. there is a few of us on here that ether use to race or still dose.
That know what the race packs can do for amprage and dischare. I know my 5.0 modded 10t dub was doing over 200amp draw for a full 7 min heat with only a 2500 in there that was only a 6 pack. a car battery will hold like a few banks that are removeable. so that they can be taken out to change a bad cell. This will also be good for warranty do a 3 yr warranty only if they bye your charger to charge it.
Were not dum we know when a cell goes bad what to look for. Its not hard to tell what happend if it was in hand. Also a fair price not this mombo jumbo. There are lots of good batterys its only a matter of time and we will see a new kid on the block Battery.

carbon nanotubes are being used to develop batteries that will be very possible to do over 5000 amps at 10.5 V and be smaller than 800 in2. Unfortunately these are still being developed but its coming.
I am not an expert so if you want to research these "Super Batteries" then just use Google. nanotube batteries comes up with alot of MIT stuff but I did find something once about an actual battery that was built and I posted it on here a couple months ago. I cant find it though.
