Hi guys im new to Termpro and to pretty much car audio and my brother is xe0us on this site and. Anyway um im 14 and i started to get interested in this because my brother is tellin me about this shiznit. Anyway i was wanting a 2 RE's XXX 15" i would be getting my license in 2 years anyway and i know resonant engineering should have better subs by then but anyway to the point i wanted to have 2 batteries for my subs and i wanted to optima yellow top batteries and how would i connect them? i was thinking 2 positives and then 2 negatives then you connect each other but how would connect it to the isolator because dont u not want the positive and negative to touch

I would go with an High Output Alternator, instead of 2 batts.

Think of it this way, the cost of a HO Alternator would cost as much as 2 batts & wirng/accessories.

And taking out the 2 batts would give you more space for building your box.

I'm prolly in the same boat as you, but I decided to go for the HO Alt first, then if I need more juice, I'll think bout the batts again.

yea i will get a 200 amp alternator then go with maybe 2 battery and plus any way i can store it under my seats(hopefully)
