I have an Orion 2500d and I need to get as much juice to it as possible. The book calls for 1/0 wire from the batt to a dist block and then into the 2 4awg power connects. I have a bunch of 2/0 wire welding lead that is like new. Can I use this instead of the 1/0. What I am asking is, is this going to cause me to loose voltage due to too much resistance in the wire. This will save me money since I already have the 2/0 and would have to buy 1/0 otherwise. This is a street A setup.

2/0 awg is bigger than 1/0 therefore it will have less resistance than what was specified.
