Did someone say 2 volt batteries?

Mastervolt 2v cells

and here: Panasonic MSE batteries

Pricey, but very powerful batteries. Hard to beat if you have the money but not alot of room.

The best prices I've found are as follows:

Panasonic:
MSE 500 - $300.00 each - (being discontinued and Panasonic may not sell them into non-UPS system applications, but one supplier priced them for me)
MSE 960 - $371.00 each
MSE 1040 - $517.00 each
MSE 1200 - $589.00 each
MSE 1360 - $663.00 each
MSE 1440 - $663.00 each
Yes, the 1360 and the 1440 are the same price.

I haven't priced the Mastervolt batteries yet. Stay tuned...

Absolutely no reason why it will not work. They are hard to beat if you have limited space but are very expensive compared to typical flooded-cell 8v batteries.

Okay, I called 1-800-DIGI-KEY and they said that they do not carry that model.

Only thing I can think of is that you guys got them on clearance or something. If so, then enjoy them because you got a "Buy-one-get-three-free" deal! LOL!
