Is it possible to get a voltage guage, like one that monitors car's voltage, but get one to run from the amp power wire so i can view the voltage from the driver seat? If so how do i go about doing this?

you dont want voltage then. voltage is what ever you car is at. it doesnt matter if you have it up under your hood, in your dash or in the back next to your amp. it will read the same voltage.

you probably are refering to amperage. i think select products makes an amperage kit without having to splice into your power wire. usually not cheap though.

Theoretically this is true, but there is voltage loss from the wiring that goes back to the amp. If the wire is sized properly this voltage difference wouldn't be much though.

Since all what is voltmeter does is read voltage there is no need for a different guage just for an amp. All what you have to do is wire a voltmeter to the power wire where it makes the connection to the amp.
