i have a 91 crx and have upgraded the alt from 60a to 135a. i have a red top up front, and to yellows in the back. with my car at idle i have 12.54 volts. what do i need to do to get 14 volts or better?

Is your alternator internally or externally regulated? If it's external get a transpo 911-02R regulator or something similar that's adjustable. If it's internal there's not much that can be done unless it can be modified to be externally regulated as far as I know.
