Gentleman,

After engineering, planning, assembling, and using the charging system that I felt was bombproof, the bomb has gone off.
For the 2nd time in 2 weeks, im sitting at 12.5 volts charging. The setup consists of the following: Iraggi Alternator, GM Large Case running at 275 amps. Dual Optima redtops, 1/0 used for all power, grounds, etc, and stinger connections. Batteries are paralleled.

As my brother was driving home today, the voltmeter dropped way down. Other than that, I really dont know what's wrong, other than checking connections, etc. The shop we took it to last time said the "alternator is putting out too much power" but we all know that's bull**** becuase unless there's a voltage problem (too much), everything should be fine. Do you guys have any ideas? Im calling Dominick tomorrow, but I wanted to see what you guys thought first.

It's a 95 Ford Bronco with a 5.8L engine. Thanx!

Guys,
Turns out the battery terminal came loose and caused the regulator to go out. That's why my voltage was jumping all over the place. Dom is sending me a new alt and all will be well again.

The man's reputation is impeccable. Amp on...
