yep you should be fine maybe even run two amps off that electricle system . I ran 4 concept 2400ds off stock 60 amp and 4 batts did a 154.5 not to shabby ehhh?-jeff

im running 8 of the old style concept 2400d wiht no fuses. i have 6 additional batteries.in a ford festiva. it has like a baseball for a alternator and its stock. no probs yet. but got o have extra batteries

i had a 2400a runnin of my stock explorer electrical system and i got no juice out of it. would a stock alt and battery be too little for this amp. i had it runnin at .8 ohms and my W7 was barely movin. i got the amp casue i heard good things but ended up sendin it back becaise i was gettin no power. what coulda been the problem?

i too had a prob out of my amps. i had 11 amps to test and choose the best 8. 3 amps were duds with very low ac voltage output. but let me tell ya the good ones rock ass. and if yu got .8 ohm out of a w7 the yu got a blown sub. there are only 3 ohm or the 13.5 is a dual 1.5 ohm. and no matter what yur doing with it that not .8 ohm.and one more thing just think imput voltage on a concept amp. they love it the more the better wich means not cheap pioneer or jvc or sony deck. get a good deck and a line driver. or better yet cut the rca and run itno into high level. yull seee the concept 2400d come to life.trust me if yuve ever seen the add for concept with alan dante in it.well were good friends and that what we do and his cars does awsome. 172.6 cert with only 2 18 and 8 off the shelf amps .and at the world finales he finished 8th with 2 subs and 16 amps. one prob though one subs was a quad 1 and the other a quad 2. those amps only go itno 2 ohm. so he put 8 amps into protection and still did a 172.3. not to bad id say. hell do 175 this year easy too
