If im not mistaken the AH rating of a battery is how much current it can dish out for about an hour. WHen you have a system with multiple batteries, does the total AH of your electrical system go up?

Ex.
lets say 4 batteries wired parallel with an AH of 50.

is the Ah of you electricla system now 200 Ah?

(# of batts x ah)
