Once again I call on the great knowledge of this forum. I will be installing new speakers and one new amp for my system this weekend. I will have Infinity Kappa speakers, running off of Rockford amps. My front stage RMS rating is 60 watts. The rear fill, which yes I do have to have because I have a large interior and it just doesn't sound right to me without it, has a rating of 50 watts. I'll be running around 85 watts X 4 channels. The front stage will be high passed at 85 Hz (combo amp x-over and AC x-over) at a 30 db slope. The rear fill will be high passed the same, and low passed at around 3khz. Do you think these speakers will be fine? I will pay extra attention to the gain settings on the amp to make sure I'm not clipping at all. My opinion is that they will handle it. The install will be top notch, I'll do it myself and make sure its perfect. (as close as I can at least). What do you think?

Hey thanks Dukk. I was fairly sure that removing the bass would account for the extra wattage. Thanks for the reply, now I'm much more confident installing these new speakers. Thanks again!
