Ok well I have my sub setup pretty much squared away. I have two spl 12's off of a USAmps 300x. Now I am looking to improve the quality of my mids and highs. Can anyone give me some suggestions on some good brands for componets or coaxials, so I can do some research before I buy anything. Also what kind of setup should I do? kickpanels with componets or just coaxials. just give me some suggestions, I am looking for a very high quality setup.
Oh and if this helps I have a BroncoII...
Thanks in advance for any replies

Here are some to get you started. All of them are considered high-end brands:
- Dynaudio
- Focal
- CD Technologies

BII? Great little trucky....had one for several years.

5x7s behind the driver/passenger seats and 3.5s in the dash (or do you have them in the door?).

I ran: Blau in the dash and Kicker Impulse behind the seats on teh first go around. Pleased, but could do better. Second trip through: Kappa 3.5s and 5x7s off of a Punch 40. Very pleased .

Brands, in no particular order:
Coaxials-
Kappa, CV Vega Series, RF, JBL, MTX, AudioArt, Eclipse, BA, Alpine, Blau, Kicker Impulse. All of those are in the sub 150 dollar range that should make you smile all day long.

As for hi-end comps:

See list above, add: Oz Audio, Orion, RF X, PG ZeroPoint, BA, Quart - set tweeter down a tad, McIntosh, Kappa, Polk.

There are many many other brands out there, just can't remember them right now - too much time on the LAN and too little time in the stores .

UB - Athlon Hunter

Hmmm... I don't know I am gonna put 5x7's in the back for real fill. Not sure about what brand or anything. But I was thinking about getting like a 8inch midbass with a tweets in kickpanels or the door will this work or is there a better setup?

An 8" in the floor or door would jam!

I'd match that with a 5 1/4" and tweet in the kickpanel.

My favs are:

-Dynaudio
-Diamond Audio
-Focal
-Quart Q-series(tweeters need to be off axis on these, they are bright)

www.focal-usa.com and/or www.focal.tm.fr

First of all, there are SOOOOOO many "good" companies, because many of them have their components made by the same group and just slap their "logo feces" on the dustcap..

But, some standouts-

AVI, Dynaudio, Focal (of course... ), Illusion, Canton, My personal favorite OZ audio, Diamond Audio / Eton Car Audio..

www.mobileaudio.com has a manufacturer page, where you can find links to most of the big companies... G/L

I used to use the Canton Pullman 3 way set with 6.5"s, 4"s and 1"s. The tweeters blew, but they were too harsh for me anyway. (Metal dome).
I still have the 6.5"s and 4"s lying around in my room, and I now use Kicker Resolution 5.2 components. (5.25"s and ND25s)
Canton refused to replace the tweeters although it was not my fault they blew.
I may use them again someday, and use the Kicker tweeters, since I like them more than any tweeters I have ever heard. (And they are LOUD)
I highly recommend both brands.
