Has anyone ever had this problem? One tweeter is not playing as good as the other. My left tweeter does not sound as full and seems like its not playing to its potential. (just a little, hardly noticable to others, only noticable to me it seems, but Sound Quality is the most important to me and that's why I'm stressin'.) I'm using good quality 14 Awg cable, tight connections, everything is perfect, at least I think. Anyone have some solutions or suggestions on this? What do you think? Also on the speaker cable there are some arrows- which way should the arrows point to, which direction, to the speakers or to the amp?

Not sure about the arrows. But, start from the beginning, at your HU's RCA connections. Are they secure or loose? Any crimps and kinks in the RCA cabling? External x-over? If so, are the x-over points the same right to left and are the RCAs secure? Same with your amp, RCA connections secure or loose? Speaker terminals secured? Gains set identical - might need 'scope or RTA to ascertain that one for certain, multimeter would work too - right to left? Speaker placement of equal height? Does one pod (assuming it's in a kp) have more stuffing, support, sound deadener, etc. than the other? Anything blocking the left tweeter? Cross-over points and slopes set the same on the passive x-over (i.e. one set at -3dB and the other at -6 or 0?) EQ settings the same, regardless of trunk or dash mount? RCA & speaker cables the same left to right?
Are both tweeters feeding off of the same amp? Or do you have the set bi-amped or one amp/set? That could introduce a whole new set of issues, along with doublly compounding the ones above.
On the simple side, are the speaker connections secured on the tweeter? And of the same guage as the right one?
Sorry, I always try to go KISS first with troubleshooting, then start picking Dukk, Audiophyle, SS, and Tech's brains for the technical stuff .
