I have a few sets of a/d/s components in my truck. Problem is when I got them (used) the crossovers did not have top covers.

Im now taking off my other door panel because another crossover has had the tweeter out go bad.

Question: Can I buy replacement crossovers, either a/d/s or another brand? If another brand, I want something good quality and / or comparable to the a/d/s.

Thanks in advance

Yes, If you can find out what range your speakers are designed to play in(Good luck!) and match the crossovers you buy to that range, or just get it close.

So if your tweeters play from 2500 to 12000 <---note this just a for instance! then try and find a crossover that will match that.

Same goes for the woofer.

Ps. Any quality passive crossover's by a good company should have spec's on there equipment.

I use the 2xs from audio control and just swapped out the modules the high pass runs from 1500 up and the lowpass is 100 down and I have the A/D/S from the 90's I think there 325i or something like that. They sound great and play everything well.

You could probably repair the crossover with higher quality parts for the same price as buying a new crossover, and get better sound and reliability that way.
