I'm putting my QSD 213's in kicks. I'd like to get a pair of 6 or 6.5" speakers for my doors for midbass. I realize 8" speakers would be better, but I'm looking at about $2000 to get the 8's installed correctly. It'll probably be $700 to get the 6's installed so that's the route I'm taking. I'm leaning towards the Morel (Renaissance) WR-6. I'm looking for something that'll take some power and sound good.Any thoughts / opinions would be apreciated. Martin

look into Digital Designs DDW6.5s, get retarded loud before distortion, take excellent power. they do require a decent break-in if that tells you something about their integrity. it's what we use when there is room for only one driver per location.

I think adire has something in a 6.5 that has some displacement capability..which is crucial for realistic midbass IMO.
