Disconnect the speakers fromt he crossovers and ohm test them. If they are good you've probably blown the capacitors in the crossovers. If the caps are blown, high quality replacement pieces can be purchased from partsexpress.com. Make sure you ask for the tech dept. and ask them for audiophile grade caps. Check the tungsten bulb or polyswitch in your crossover as for the one tweeter not working( if it has one). If you have a multimeter(digital) set it to AC volatge, put the positive lead to the pos. speaker lead and neg to neg. turn the volunme up. With 1 watt output you should see about 2.8 volts, this will tell you if the amp is working properly on the channel the doesnt play at all. If the amp is ok id bet you blew your crossovers or speakers by clipping the signal. When the signal clips AC current turns to DC current and the caps and voice coils turn into fuses. Try more powerful amp or amps that have an RMS power rating at least the same as or a little higher than your components. Id go at least 1/3 more rms power than your componenets are rated at. The last thing is make sure you dont clip the signal out of the head unit to the amps. DC in DC(amplified) out=speaker damage. Hope this helps.
