Hey guys, I'm looking for a pair of coax's to be run in the stock door locations in my integra. I'm going to be running them off of my HU for a few months untill I can amp them. I've narrowed my choices down too:

Crystal CXEe615 6.5" 2 way coax's

or

Csx510 5.25" 2 way coax's

My question is wich is the better speaker? The CSx510 looks to be the better speaker, but it is a 5.25" as opposed to the 6.5".

Any help is greatlly appreciated. Thanks guys.

Thanks for the help guys [Roll Eyes] hehe j/k. This area doesn't get much traffic does it? I just bought some Cerwin Vega HED 6.5's new in the box off of ebay for $39 total cost and the guy lives about 2 miles from my house. So NO shipping prices and waiting. So my question doesn't really matter anymore. Thanks

I've heard very good things about the HED series, especially for the price. I've had the chance to put them head-to-head w/V-Mag series and I like the V-Mag a bit more, but, again for the price, the HED did a great job!

I'd put them up against the likes of JBL GTO, Infinity Reference, etc. Nice affordable coaxials.

im with caesar . the new polk ex speakers i think are great for the money and they dont need alot of power to get loud and sound decent . i dont think the 6.5" crystal speakers will fit in your car without a little cutting . i have a '97 civic and realized this as many brands now are making them to fit oversized 6.5" speaker locations which are usually around 6 3/4" . im not positive that the crystals are the larger versions , but when i went on the sd site i thought i remember that it said they were . if you dont mind a little modification to your doors then the crystals would be a great choice as well . also i really like the cdt classic coaxials when i heard them and would take those out of the three .
