I _OWN_ (4) Kenwood KFC-Xr500 5 1/4":

I was thinking of running them off a Lanzar Vibe 430 (4 x 125Wrms) $160 on ebay:

Will these speakers handle that?

I'm atempting to make _some_ volume to keep up with (2) DD9515 15"s powered of a DD9501 amp(2000-4000Wrms) for bass.

What can I do to make _loud_ mid/highs with what I have? Add tweets?

try to get as much power on the speakers that you can without smoking them. also try to get the speakers in the best position as possiable to reach your ears without and obstructions.basicaly try to cram as many speakers as you can and put as much power as you can on them. try to get the better quality stuff though no pyramid or roadgear. i had some of the older execlon xr-50p's and i ran them with 125-150wrms on each. they took it and sounded pretty good,

Would anyone else run 125Wrms+ to a coax? It's design is more of a separate with the tweet floating over the speaker.
