hi ive got a set of phoenix gold zeropoint 5" components that i want to run actively to take advantage of my pioneers time alignment funtion, can anyone recommend any crossover points and slopes?

which Pioneer head unit do you have?

Check in the PG instruction to see the crossover point, and let me know.

I think they are 24 db/octave, but the x-over point, I think is at 3500. Drop PG tech staff an E-Mail. Heck, I asked them something yesterday, and they replied within 30 minutes with a very detailed answer!!!!

its a pioneer dex p99 i think its the european version of the p1, i havent got the instructions the installer that fitted them to my old car didnt give me the instruction sheet, i did email pg but havent heard anything yet

IF the crossover point is 3500Hertz, you can set your tweeters to 6KHz on your P1R, with a slope of -24db/oct, or I think you can go as low as -36 on the tweeters, with the P1R.

Set the midrange to around 80Hz up to 6KHz, with a -24 db#oct slope. You won't burn anything like that.
