what are some amps that can do 2000+rms cheap? i wanna get 2 amps to power 2 15 H2's. i can't afford to get 2 2500d's right now but i'll upgrade to them later

Opti2000D, 2000Wrms for only ~$325. A guy has ben testing them to give Mojos (Nearly the same as Orion) a run for their money! You can also strap them. Ultimate SPL Music amp if you ask me.

would you get a opti2000d over a concept 2400a? the concept will only cost me $285 w/shipping.. the lanzar with shipping is gonna be about 350.. i figure if i get the 2400A i won't reanny need to upgrade to the orion 2500d's.. i just gotta get my elec system right in this truck... maybe a 300amp from dom or maybe 2 300amp alts from dom and 1 yellow top up front along with 2 big stinger or 16volt batteries in the back

you guys are serious when you say 280$ for a concept 2400a? that's in u.s. dollars I guess but still cheap.I seen that amp here in montreal sell on special for 1000$can.!!! can you give me a connection with the person selling this amp?

I just got my Lanzar Opti2000D's (2) and i couldn't be happier they are great, I like them better than the D2's i have. Go with the Lanzar you won't be disappointed.

get the OPTI 2000D man, it does a lot more power than the pa amp for sure. I never seen it tested at 16 volts, but at 13.8 volts the opti does 2k, well if you want to be damn near exact, it is like 19xx rms that is one sweet amp man. You wont regret it man. also its strappable and can run 0.5 ohms ALL DAY LONG

after learning a few things this weekend.. i found out the opti2000d won't do 2000 at 1ohm.. at doesn't even do 1800.. but at .5ohm it does 2000 plus a little more...

how about a mtx 1501d ..16v @ 1ohm 2500+ watts. and I know where you can get one for 275 shipped.

Who is doing this testing of the opti 2000 against a mojo? I would be curious to hear your definition of "hanging with" for sure. I find it hard to believe that an amp that is relatively cheap could even come close to an amp like the mojo.

well the opti sounds alot like the Concept 2400A. Because the concept does a little over 2000w at .5 ohms not at 1ohm. I can attest to that.
And those 2400's you are speaking of, they are not 2400A's bud sorry they are 2400D's totally different amps and they kinda suck compared to the new 2400A. The guy on ebay is also selling the 2400D not the 2400A if that is what you are talking about. You can get used 2400A's in the $300-$400 range in great condition. New for like $400-$450 from good hookups.

well... i say the A2300HCT ab amp, i got one i'll sell u two of them for 900. they are 2400rms x1 @1ohm. .....and yes they do work well, to all u ab hatters.

J, Stay away from those Concepts unless they are 2400a's.....Well actually, if you can talk him down to 200 each b/c even if they are a bad batch of 2400d's I can get my Concept guy to change em out.......Good 2400d's do 2400 watts but draw alot more current than the 2400a's. I'd say my 2400a did 1800 with 12 volts, 2200 from 13-14, and they will do rated 2400 with a 16 volt setup....You won't notive the 200 watt difference and with a 300amp alt you'd be okay anyway...Trust...
