When I powered everything up at lunch today, My system was makin a constant rumble. I turned it off and on it it was still doin it. So I played with the remote bass knob and it stopped and played normal.

Then I listened and noticed it seemed a few db louder than this morning. So I had to turn the gains down a bit. Now with the gains lower than before, it's about as loud as it was with the gains up. Is that wierd to ya'll too?

Another thing is that this thing get's hot. Hot to the point where if you touch it too long, it will burn you. This happens after like 5 to 10 minutes. It has no protect mode (I think), so will this become a future hazard?

if your amp is getting hot that quick you deffinatly have a problem. I have seen that rumble that your talking about when I saw it the guy that came to the shop had put an ohm loud that his amp could not handle. what loud could amp do and what are your subs wired to

Maybe its because I got all 8 guage wiring. My amp has 2 8 guage inputs each for power and ground. It's supposed to be 4 gauge distributed into 2 8's to the amp but my 4 guage kit came in after the amp. Maybe when I put the 4 guage in, it will help!
