Hmm...I don't know of too many strappable amps other than PG's Ti 800.1's. I'm sure there are ton so I can't really say which ones I think are the most powerful, but I will let you decide...

Each 800.1 is 1,000 watts each with tons of headroom, Class A/B, and fully unregulated in the voltage department. They are rated at 2-Ohm mono, but will run at 1-Ohm mono fine and will generate roughly 10-20% more power. They are also mysteriiously rated for 200 watts each though. [Smile] Nice way to enter a competition, don't you think?

the LA 1000D's would make a nice bit of power if they could be strapped and you wouldn't have to sell your amps

American Bass CX 1200d's strapable 1200 watts apiece and can handle 17 volts out of the box. I use 12 of them.

Zapco 4KW

the zapco 4kw is two zapco c9's in one case. It does 2x2200wRMS and cannot be bridged to a single channel.

its is zapco's attempt to produce the powerfullest car audio amplifier, shame it wasn't that much of a good job.

But the RFbd1500.1 strapped will be powerfull, not too sure if 16V and 1.3ohm will keep it happy.

The new DD9501 strapped looks like a good runner, @16V it will do around 6500wRMS @2ohm (thats using two), all you need then is some subs that can handle 12000wRMS+ [Big Grin]

The Concept d2400a's are strappable. Since they're stable to .5ohms, I wonder how much they'll do strapped at 1ohm. I'd guess over 5kw.

MA Audio sy7011dx's will do around 3400-3600wrms strapped at 17 volts...
But I would say the most powerful pair would be the BD1500...since the DD amps haven't really been tested by anyone yet to my knowledge

the DD9501 will and can do 6,000 strapped at a high voltage 17+

even in 12v mode the amp is capable of 4,000 rms

the JBL crown isn't strappable but if it was that would be my choice as highest.

after you see a 9501 you will understand and nod your head while your jaw drops [Big Grin]
