I found an old Hifonics Txi5006 in my garage when I was moving... I'm not really sure how it got there.. but my garage was full of random stuff I couldn't place [Smile]

I'm sure someone gave it to me because it didn't work... Anyway I plugged it in the other day just to see.. It will turn on and stay on if it just has power/ground/remote. If I give it any sound it gives out a white bump for half a second then goes into protect. I opened it up and I can't see anything visibly wrong. Any idea's?

is speaker connectd to it ok? maybe speaker is broken? so amp goes in protect?

Yes it only does it when the speakers are connected. The speakers are good.. I have them on a Crossfire BMF1000D and they work perfect..
