What impedance coils in the sub?
What is the RMS power handling of the sub?

rated 1000rms.
Daredevil, do you have the dual2ohm or dual4ohm version?
If you have the dual2ohm, the BXi1610d should be plenty of power for you. run parallel at 1ohm
If you have the dual4ohm version, i would suggest the BXi2010d run parallel at 2ohm.

the 2010 and 1610 will do their rated power at 14.4V. Some people have said that the 07-09 models may have been slightly overrated. The new ones do it right

1600Wx1@1ohm at 14.4V
2000Wx1@1ohm at 14.4V

i'd say get the 2010d. you can always turn it down.
Burp it with lots of power, turn it down a good bit for daily use
