Ok, I'm going with soundigital. yes the price is a little more than sundown but I like the way they're put together more. Now, can someone please help me. Plan and simple subs 3000w nominal 8000w max each. Which amp(s) (2) 3000D, (1 or 2) 5000D or (1) 8000D. What would be the best combination?

I would go two 5ks, two amps are more efficient than one.

i don't really understand what you mean by more efficient. the voltage is about the same for two 5k compared to the 8k. im just wanting to understand before i spend my $.
