THIS WILL NOT BE COVERED UNDER WARRANTY IF THIS CAUSES THE AMP TO FAIL!!!!!!!

I do not recommend running this amp under 1-ohm for music. There is a guy we partially sponsor in Texas who is running 2 of them at .35-ohm for burps. He hasn't had a failure yet, and consistently hits in the 156-157 range with a single 18 from the trunk of his Cadillac. They will take it, but DO SO AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!

Superjay is right. It will not be covered under warranty. i must actually rephrase...

we run them on a dual 2 DD99z 15, that with box rise is usually hanging in the 2.3-2.6 ohm range. so there is no problems... however, if you were playing music, then it could potentially drop below the 2 ohm rating and cause failure that IS NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY!

didn't mean to sound so vague. [Smile]

Sure would be nice to switch up.

I've been Very satisfied with the consistancy and reliability of the 6 XA4000's that have been in my Blazer for the last couple of years. IM sure these amps are fof the same caliber.

Powerbass has been a staple product in my store for quite a while. With the lowest failure rate of all the products we sell.

I agree with Neill, they're solid and reliable. We've run 8 of the XA3000D's, then 8 of the 4000D's and now the 5000D's and have never had any problem with any of them.

We've carried Powerbass for the last 3 years, and our customers love them.

Yeah Ray these scores are done in the kick with the door open. The guy is on SMD.com but only said that he is capable of a 154, not a 156-157. He runs a DC sub and 2 of the Powerbass amps.

Yeah that is me I do a 154.1 sealed and 157.2 outlaw I do not like to do sealed being this is a daily driver and last time I broke the drivers side window mechanism the sideview mirror and it knocked the chrome panel off the door the amps were at .7 strapped the note was 52 hertz I have 4 batts in the trunk and a ho alternator all I can say is these are the best amps I have used so far they will do what I want them 2 do and if I get stupid with them they will protect and keep me from tearing them up I have even burped them at .35 strapped before and they took it like a champ also this was done at 12 volts.
