is it normal that when u are setting the amps that an amp goes in protect after 10-15 sec playing without a load
battery voltage was not too high
amps where running at 3/4 power

Seems like a bad connection...

Or it could be something loose inside the amp?

Does it go into protect with a load if you adjust at low volume?

i had time to adjust the amp to the rest
and a test burp was fine also

its just that when all amps are on
playing but without a load , then after 10-15 sec it goes into protect

Have you clamped just that amp during a full tilt burp to make sure you're getting the same power as the rest?

Tried a different set of RCAs on that one particular amp?

just did some tests

checked all wiring , it was ok

then got all amps running with subs on low volume for about 1min
did the same on a litle higher volume

nothing happend

then started burping
went up to a 163 and all was fine
red light never came on

i think it could have been the voltage with the unloaded amps
when amps are not loaded the voltage dont drop much when amps are running
