finally got it in today and had to see what it would do so dropped it in the shop crx that houses 2 hcca 15's. ran it wired at 2ohm and just listened to some music and dammmmnnnnnn that thing is loud im talkin all the way down on the gain and i thought the subs were gonna start shredding cones no power measurments but everyone istanding around most of which put up the bs flag on the amp quickly changed there minds about good old windowtinter and his crazy ideas about these brazilian crazies building sick ass amps but any way this thing is sick and im ramblin Posts: 70 | From: charleston SC | Registered: Apr 2009

yeah youd be suprised how many non belivers i turned into dumbfounded belviers. as for the pics i tried a photobucket account a few weeks ago and i couldnt get one set up for some reason and havent even thought of trying again and now my modem is fried at home so only work comp at the moment.But the front panel goes in sometime soon as soon as its done at the wrap shop with the for the tribal carbon fiber wrap . this box with these subs was never built with intentions of seeing that much power and the subs were worked over pretty hard with pretty much no gain bump at all while wired at 2ohm still kinda dumbfounded myself.im also trying to work a guy into a 12k for 4-15xls 3-18 xls or 8-12s but he might just run a 8k walled in a wagon behind the back seat just sold customer set of lvl4 15's to replace planet audio bb2 15s im gonna single handedly make a name for SD and DC in the charleston SC area

i got my sd8k last night and this thing is nasty im going to metr it om mon. cant wait to see the #s ill add #s and pics mon or tues.my friend alpine just called hes doing 162.0 with two 10kds and one is f....ed up he said he cant wait for his 12ks

ok so far preliminary testing on the sd8k is 150.3 at volume 4 of 45 on my pioneer deck consistantly ,with 2 ascendant 12 inch mayhems and 1 xs d3100 battery, ill be testing more later trying to get to 152.00 at least. starting at 1.3 ohms dont know what the rise is yet,gain is at 1/4 of the way up,but still testing.will give more results later in the week.[1st person on west coast with an sd amp]
