I am proud to announce that Db-r Electronics will now do all repairs and warrenty work for Stetsom in North America. We are glad to have the best repair facility in the US taking care of our warrenty and repairs. I would like to thank Scott at ARC for the work he has done for us in the past and hope the best for him in the future. Its just time for a change! I am the new Stetsom Rep and i am listening people.

Doing what i can to alleviate any problems and i think that this move is going to be best for everyone involved. You should have your amps back soon. Glad i could help. Theres a new sherriff in town folks!!!!! hahahaha

AWESOME STEVE! Can you post the address and info to contact them for people to write down? I don't have any amps to repair but its good info to have.
I guess we will see how expensive they are once they get fixing a few amps but its definately good to see a repair place take on Stetsom work.
I love my amps so this is good to know if anything bad should happen.

Thats the plan, no warrenty issues no problems fixing when you break them and LOTS of power!!! For a reasonable price. Who could ask for more?????

Good to know but still doesn't get my amp to me yet. Good to have contacted some ppl that is trying to get me an amp. Mine has been in repair for 9 months now!!!!!!!!! Getting really frustrating and trying to keep a lot of what i like to say to my self right now.
