Hi, you guys know if the RF T3000 can be run at .5ohm on a daily drive for music????? Thanks

It will work fine with good electrical most of the time...those amps get a little protect happy at high volume/low impedance. It will burp at .5 no problem (with volume roll).

Well I am running my 2 T1000's @ 1ohm strapped (.5 each) daily and it works great, but if I try to compete full volume on music (Bass Race, Streat Beat, etc...)thats when it has protect problems. Also the amp has "soft protect"(basically like mute) and "hard protect" (shutdown, 8 sec cycle). The T3000 will be the same way. I have found that how easily it protects is highly box dependant...in my case, smaller boxes don't trigger it nearly as bad as larger ones. Hope this helps.

i wouldn't run it at .5 for daily. i run my 2 at .7 daily and was told by someone that knows these amps very well that .7 is as low as you wnat to go for daily.

Hey thanks for the advice, I have a 06 Honda accord V6, I'm going to get a 200 amp alternator and two battery's in the trunk.
