People been asking and well I tested these amps I got and here are the results. I ran them at 1 ohm each, so you can daily pound this amp at this impedence.
Bit of info on the system is: Four DD9515's Dual 1 ohm. Each of the 2 amps see 2 15's with a final load of 1 ohm per amp. The 2 amps are powered by a powermaster 200 amp alt and 11 D1000's. Each amp is fed power through a 18" long 1/0 power and ground.
I only tested up until the point when the factory clip lights indicated soft clip.(yes its a little bit of clip but not to bad)
Others tests I have done was at .5 ohm each amp does 13kwrms and I have not tried .25 ohm per amp but I have a feeling I will.
I just wanted to test this amp out and show you what kind of power to expect if your looking for a bass race amp that does its power clean and will do it for very long periods of time.
Hopefully I can get my hands on a few SD8k's and do the same test for you all. Thanks
For those of you who can't see the picture in my link
This is for each amp, both were within 10wrms(Awesome I know) Note was 50 hz(I plan to have it near 40 hz when done) SPL was 159.5db -160.2 AC Volt output -58.0 AC Amp output -647 DC Amp Current Draw -18.0 volt Start voltage -16.4 volt drop voltage -9291.6 wrms -1 ohm to 2.762 ohm rise -87.57% Amp efficiency(nice eh?)

I had the vehicle running for about 35 minutes at approx 153-154 dB(subwoofer thermal limited) before I saw the amp temperature stablize at around 150 degrees's F.( keep in mind I am in Canada) Voltage was no less than 17.1 by the end of the thermal/voltage test run.
Even with the door closed it got hard on the ears probably because I had bass mekanik on repeat lol. I need it to play for hours on end doing demo's so its looking good.
If you were wondering how I modified the amps to have the diagnostic led's up front and added a temp sensor to them look in the link below to see what I did.

Steve you know the old 7k's have nothing on these 7k2D's. My old 7k's would not do what these new ones are doing. BTW whats your peak note in your vehicle, that must have been a loud ride home.

dude i was diggin it, i burp at 55-61hz depending on where i am and the temperature and how i tied my shoes that morning.......I love these amps, i have been running them balls out for almost 4 years now, i have burped them at .125 ohms strapped pair, .25 single amp .5 strapped pair and 1 ohm single amp. when i run them at .25 strapped pair i see 7kw per amp at 12v. Peps were saying that they had long term "issues" but i swear to everyone on here i have the same factory fuses in the ones that i use for daily......

Well you need to replace them with 7k2D . I will probably try them at .25 ohm for one or two burps if they do it in my install. I should gain a bit of spl over running them both 1 ohm.

With 2 amps what spl do you gain going from 1 ohm per amp to .25 ohm per amp?
I would try it but I might like the spl gain to much, I run 1 ohm because its good to play all day long that way.

I would say no less than 1 ohm for daily but you can burp it at .5 ohm if you roll into the volume. From 2 ohm to .5 ohm depending on battery power, maybe 2-3 dB gain if your batteries support it.

don,,,,,not to rain on your parade but i have run my 7kd's at .25 daily for about a month until i realized what i was doing and changed it to 1 ohm. but my amps are not the 7k2d. mine are the 1st generation 7kd's the ones without the clip light.4 cap boards two 6kd boards per amp strpped internally. from 1 ohm to .25 i gain almost 3 db. that is with 12 batteries and they are dropping quick at ,25ohm. with 4 amps 2 strapped pairsnraising to .5 i do a 161.0 with two amps one on each sub at .25 i see 160.1. these amps are just powerhouses but they like to have battery power to support it and dont like low voltage, best amps i have ever had,
