I can for sure see him getting around 6000w once dialed in which will still be the strongest amp out there.
Good points Jeff. Remember, the results I am getting is from the minimum amount of wire required just to turn the dam thing on! And using an old battery! Once all that is up graded, we may get some great results. Only time will tell!

Well the strange thing is then. We are now on 71HZ and have to go down in freq. otherwise we can't get a 8kw stable. Thats always with panda's. Explain me how that is possible.

Maybe that lower frequency was closer to the tuning of the enclosure and gave you a little higher impedance rise and that made the amp be stable. Higher frequency was off from the tuning of the enclosure which gave you a lower impedance rise which in turn make the amp less stable.
Assuming I'm understanding your question right. At least that's how it works when we play frequencies that are off from the tuning of our enclosures.

No you are not understanding it right. 71hz is too high for getting a stable 8kw. With lower freq it is more stable. The car normal peaks at 71hz till 72hz with vibraflex damping. With other damping the freq can go higher or lower it depends on what damping we use. The box we can make on the freq we want. That is no problem. I can not find anything in the asnwer that you guy's in America can't get the same power as we do. I can tell you that al te power tests American people give here on the forum is much higher we ever have.

So you guys in street A don't get more then 5500w out of your street A set ups? 5500w is the most power anyone over here has gotten to date with an american bass 1000.1. The winner of street A last year with a 155.5db power tested at 5500w on his 1000.1 which is basically two amps. And ray with his elite 12 might match that or get about 6000w once all his wire is in.

It's a possibility that Ray may get close to that much power but it'll be tough. I know his impedance rise is very close to yours. Some guys in Street A in europe are saying that they are getting 8000w power which we'll never get.

I really don't know how they did that. We don't measured it. We always measure with the best Fluke meters. The only time we get 8KW with the street-A rules is with the GZ on very low boxrise with an voltage drop far under the 9V. So we need to recone this woofer or build a new box design to get the 8KW from the elt12. I think its possible but you need more juice and a better boxrise or design.

Just be possitve you know why we reconed our sub to a high load just to play stable and don't break anything but @ the finaltime we will switch to full power load
