Just wondering has anyone actually clamped them or really tested them. Let me know these are one of the options I'm looking at.

Back from the dead, has anyone played with these. Are they stable to strap down to a static 1 ohm load? Somebody has to have played with them that has some real input

I just recently got two of these, I didn't strap them, both at 1/2ohm per sub.. I had two memphis 4kws in there and was doing same numbers. I didn't clamp any of them, thats my only comparison

Did you have to roll them up to burp? Let me know how reliable they are for you. I've always like mtx amps and actually just hooked up my old 2300(not the"x" series the og on) to a trio of 12w3's in the girlfriends eclipse and it still bangs it out.
I haven't had the best of luck with my hifonics stuff, they made great power but they let the ghost out.

Thats good to hear. What type of electrical setup do you have? I've heard that they like their power. I was thinking something like a 200+ amp alt 4 batts and 3 or 4 runs of 3/0. I'm trying to do a daily ground pounder setup. Something like 6 15's walled up and sealed. I know ported would be louder but in a vehicle I really do prefer sealed response, and 6 15's should be enough cone area to take care of it.

Ok sounds good I plan on a 225 amp alt and probably 4 group 31 deka's. That and a crap load of 3/0
