There you go. It's a direct link to the PDF. I would encourage people to right click and "save as" to save it to their computer to use over and over again rather than using it online. Print your tests so you have a hard copy after each series of tests.
Also if you want take a image of the results just press the print screen button then open up your paint program and paste and save it for your records or to post online for others to see.
Note: You must have Adobe Acrobat Reader 6 or later to use this form. You can download the most recent verson here www.adobe.com

Ya its been working awesome for me as well. I have had a few dealers use it to give their customers a hard copy of what kind of power their amp does that looks profesional.

Try to find ones that have true rms reading, high/low hold. Some HVac ones are duel display so you can read the output Amperage and AC output voltage at the same time for better accuracy.
Normally if you use 2 separate meters try to get the same models and/or line so the numbers are consistant. I hope that answers your question.
Alot of people may also have scopes but some don't have the ability to measure rms power but can help with distortion #'s etc.... but you wouldn't like the distortion readings your getting when your amp is pushed to its limits.
But since most don't care so much about .002% distortion reading I didn't include that in my sheet. For spl purposes we only really care how much effective power we are getting and how efficiently we get that power.
And well the impedence rise is to make sure we are getting the most power out of the amplifier/enclosure combination. Trying to correspond low rise with the peak note in the spl vehicle.

Do you guys know how to copy results? Just push print screen button, open ms paint then paste & save under whatever name you want it. You then can post it on forums.
