My friendhas just got this amp and he keeps having to put new one's in it every week. He is running a 30fuse. What should he do? I told him to run a 60 fuse in it should that work or what shoud he do?

Don;t do that - it could damage the amp.
Is the power wire big enough?
Ditto the ground wire?
Is the impedance load within manufacturers recommended range?
Try a subsonic filter?
What kind of amp is it??
