What brands of HeadUnits out there have that theft deterrent feature where you need a code to operate the headunit? I need a good cd player that has more than the usual detachable face, and I don't want the thing to work if it gets stolen!
And what's the deal with Eclipse? So if it gets stolen, they will replace it free? I couldn't figure it out from Neonboy's question whether they do that or not.

With Eclipses ESN activated if the power gets disconnected to the unit you need the key CD (that you choose) to make it operable again. If you buy from an authorized dealer and send in the warranty card they will send you a replacement deck if yours gets stolen. It took less than 1 week from the time I faxed the police report to them to the time I got the replacement at my door.

Hey Eclipse sounds pretty good. My GF's worried about the car getting ripped off again. So the Kenwood's can't be used by the crooks if they are stolen?
