I am thinking of making one and i was wondering what thickness i should look for, and what i should tune it to? The subs going in it will be 2 12" 3512a's.
Is there a sound difference between plexi and MDF? What should i tune these to if i want like 70% SPL and 30% SQ??

I talked to him but he kind of blew me away i think. He just sadi that it will cost to much for me to make it so just buy one from him. But i would rather make my own stuff.
