i built a box identical to that one last week for a friend
for 2 twelves, 5 cubes air space after port/sub discplacement, port was 4" x 13" x 17" (52 square inches of port) tuned to about 33hz i believe. except we mounted the subs on the side of the box, not on the same side as the port (my friend insisted on this..)
its dejavu

A few people i know had a DD sub in their van before they got a pair of concept CSP18's in there....they hit a 161.4 I think it was with a single 12".
I am not too sure on the specs of the box or anythign else.

Those were my final box designs. When I built the box, I realized that I had actually gone overboard on the bracing (Imagine that!) So I changed my bracing a little bit, which changed my actual tunning to 33Hz.

Hehe, and my designs say 4.65"! That's weird. anyways, I'll be pulling out my subs shortly to do somthing inside my box, So I'll measure it and report back here with what I got. Mounting depth is the distance from the bottom resting point of the mounting rim (part that lays on the wood) down to the furthest part of the woofer?
