I don't know, but they did friggin' awesome in the recent CA&E review. Very powerful amps, and strappable too. I like the new look, lookin' good.

awesome lookin amps.. I like the chrome look.. reminds me of the old hot rod days of the 50s and 60s... CHROME IS KING !!

You are correct for the most part Ed, except the VR amps will have an analog level control instead of the digital one.(more ergonomic).
Also the VR1000D's are 1 inch longer to increase cooling efficiency.

The above picture was the first sample of the new design. The new production amps will actually look VERY similar, but even better! (and I'm not just saying that because I designed this years new look )
I think people will be very happy at CES.
