In the market for a new head unit. I'm selling my Clarion DXZ715 to a friend. I'm looking at these two because of the pre-out only and they're in my price range. $299 for the Clarion off Crutchfield and around $380 for the Alpine. I'm just wondering if there will be a big difference in the Clarion's 24 bit dac v. the Alpine's 1 bit dac. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks.
