I just got a set of Memphis Power Reference 6.5's for my doors for christmas and well they are rated at 100 watts max power so theoretically they would take 50 rms, well my question is i am looking at a 4 channel memphis amp that does 75 rms contumious, will they die????

They should, thats clean power, just make sure that they are crossed over high enough to make em happy. If they arent forced to beat out low notes they will live a nice happy life. Also watch the gains....an obvious point, but important just the same.
