just wonderning if there is a date set yet, and if they will make a beefed up 15 or maybe 18 for spl diehards. I am thinking about these or xtants for nextt season. either 6 15's or 8 12's.

Don't believe the reviews, I've got a pair of the Hex 12's and they're great. Go really loud and low with a good tranisent response too. Sound just as good at low volumes as at high.

i never said i believed the views at all, personally reviews mean nothing to me so i choose to hear the product in person. I was just warning him that some not-so-good reviews have been made. I've heard a 10L7 and it impressed me

the xtants are a killer sub, with a cooler looking magnet. But they dont have a 15, that is why I am leaning toward the kicker, especially when the gates editions are out.

L7G's would be cool. I hope they make them available. I'd also like to see a huge 18" square sub (or bigger just for the WOW factor).

Anyone know much about the new Kicker square L5 series subs? They list at $100 less than the L7's. They look like the L7 pretty much as far as the cone, is there a substantial difference in the rest of the sub? Has anyone seen one yet?

Anyone know much about the new Kicker square L5 series subs?

Could they be introducing a lower line of the l7's, kinda like jl audio did with the w0's. Same design, just a lower power, cheaper alternative to their highest line???

The L5s are the "low line" solobaric. They have a bit less power handling and a steel basket.
